Katherleen General Item Return Policy
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you want to cancel your order.
In most cases, items shipped from Katherleen can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase items you received. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.
Additional notes about returns
- Contact our customer services with the order ID, Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
- All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hangtags attached and in the original packaging.
- You will pay for return shipping. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, the return shipping cost is refundable. If there are no quality problems, the return shipping cost is non-refundable.
- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for an exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund.
- After the refund was processed, it will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Credit card refunds: About 7-14 business days, it depends on the bank processing time.
